Electronics (skill)

From The Nameless Mod

Jump to: navigation, search

The electronics skill is, together with the Lockpicking skill the most expensive skill in the entire game of Deus Ex and TNM.

The only thing the electronics skill does is govern the strength of a single item, namely the Multitool. While this may not seem like a lot compared to the other skills available, or for the price you need to pay for it, depending particularly on the item difficulty you play on, this skill can be far more useful than any weapon skill. Usually you want to have it on trained, and possibly even advanced depending on the difficulty.

Skill Level Details

Untrained: Multitools will lower an electronic device's strength by 10%.

Trained: Multitools will lower an electronic device's strength by 25% in the same time, speeding up the process. Costs 1800 skill points.

Advanced: Multitools will lower an electronic device's strength by 40% in the same time, further speeding up the process. Costs 3600 skill points.

Master: Multitools will lower an electronic device's strength by 75% in the same time, making the process go insanely fast. Costs 6000 skill points.
