King Kashue
Despot may be the official leader of PlanetDeusEx, and Ghandaiah may be his appointed next-in-command. But given that Despot never does any actual work, and that Ghandaiah is just plain mad, the real work and responsibilities have landed on the shoulders of King Kashue. Widely recognized as one of the most capable fighters in all of Forum City, KK is greatly respected, but also very well liked man. His reputation is that of a strict person with a prevailing sense of justice.
If something happens in the city, chances are that Kashue knows about it. And if he doesn't, he will make it his business to find out. He is still not sure that calling Trestkon was the right thing to do, but he's willing to give Trestkon a chance to prove that he's done running from his responsibilities, and ready to help PDX solve their rather significant problems with WorldCorp and the DXO terrorist cell.
