Alpha Operator
Before the PDX Covert Intelligence Service was disbanded, Alpha Operator was the tactical officer responsible for the coordination of every operation. But that was a long time ago. Since then, he's gained a bit of weight, lost some hair, and opened his own bar. Sol's Bar, named after Alpha's old code name, was opened a few months before Trestkon left the city.
Now Alpha is one of the most well known and respected men in the city. Most people knows Sol's Bar, the place to go if you just need to spend a quiet night in the company of interesting people. The patrons of the bar are a motley crowd, they count stoned ravers, shady street dealers, corporate goons, and even the city moderators among their numbers. However, Jackie the door-woman makes sure things never get out of control when none of the moderators happen to be visiting. Alpha spends a lot of time with his clientele, filling the bartender position himself. He likes to chat to his patrons, comfort the occasional broken-hearted lover, and offer advice on everything from international political problems to next year's neck-tie fashion.
Alpha can always be counted on to provide a bit of useful information on the state of the city. And since Trestkon and him are old colleagues, maybe he'll even offer a small discount on some booze?
